He has the complete responsibility for efficient operations and providing MRO services to commercial aviation aircraft, being operated under Non-Schedule Operators and Private categories.
AVM Surya Narayan Murti retired from Indian Air Force at the rank of Air Vice Marshal after 38 years of distinguished service. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras. He has more than 40 years of experience in maintenance of aircraft including Aircraft Structure Repair Scheme Development, Defect & Defect Trend Analysis, and Project Management along with Strategic Planning, General Administration, Facility Management, Human Resource Management and Training & Development. AVM Surya Narayan Murti (Retd) was directly responsible for managing and spear heading Life Extensions, Inductions and Upgrades of various types of Helicopters and Transport Aircraft.
AVM Surya Narayan Murti (Retd) was conferred Vishisht Seva Medal by the Hon’bl President of India. Apart from commanding Base Repair Depot (MRO) of AN-32 aircraft, he held appointments of Chief Engineering Officer, Senior Maintanance staff officer and Assistant chief of Air Staff, prior to superannuating on 01st Mar 2016.

Mr. P Jayapal, former Chief Executive (Airworthiness) of Centre for Military Airworthiness & Certification (CEMILAC), Bengaluru. During his 34 years of service in CEMILAC, DRDO he was responsible for ensuring Airworthiness and Certification of Military Aircraft, Helicopters, Airborne Stores & Systems, UAVs, Upgrade and Modification of Aircrafts & Helicopters. He has been accoladed with various Awards for his outstanding contribution to Indian Aviation.
Prof. Rajkumar S. Pant
Aerospace Engineering Department, IIT Bombay
Prof. Rajkumar S. Pant has Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering. His areas of specialization include Aircraft Conceptual Design, Air Transportation, and Optimization. He has been a member of faculty of Aerospace Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay since December 1989. He has also worked for five years in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in the Design & Engineering Department at Kanpur (3.5 years) and Nasik (1.5 years) Divisions.
In 2002, he set up a Lighter-Than-Air (LTA) systems laboratory at IIT Bombay, which has undertaken several R&D and Consultancy projects related to design, development and demonstration of LTA systems. Since 2007, he has been an international member of AIAA’s Lighter-Than-Air Technical Committee and was the Chairperson for 2014-16. He has published and presented around 240 scientific papers, of which 180 are in international journals and conferences.
In 2102, he was appointed as a Special Visiting Researcher under the Science Without Borders program of the Brazilian Government for a three-year project related to design and development of Hybrid Lighter-Than-Air systems. Prof. Pant was honored with the D P Joshi Excellent Teacher Award in 2014, in recognition of his merit, achievements and enthusiasm for teaching and making a lasting impression on students. In 2019, he was felicitated by Institution of Engineers (India) as an Eminent Engineering personality in Aerospace Engineering.

Mr. Gupta is leading the Customer Support Field Service Team of P&W/IAE in India. He is involved in providing technical support to IndiGo, Go Airline, Vistara, & Air India on the CEO & NEO Engines. Mr. Gupta represents Pratt & Whitney to the regulatory authorities of India. Mr. Gupta was involved in the Entry Into Service (EIS) of P&W 1100 GTF Engines for Airbus 320 NEO fleet of Indigo. He is also the recipient of President – P&W medal for Exemplary Services & Executive Leadership. Mr. Gupta is also the Honorary Secretary General of the Aeronautical Society of India.

Satyendra Pandey is the Managing Partner at the venture firm AT-TV. An aviation strategist and author and has held a variety of roles across aviation. His positions include working as the Head of Strategy & Planning at Go Airlines and as Head of Research and Advisory at CAPA (Centre for Aviation). He writes extensively on transport, policy and technology. An alumnus of the London Business School, he is also a certified pilot. His most recent book is titled: Dissonant dispatches: Indian aviation’s emergent flightpath.
